How does the custom-scented process work?
When you enter Palmetto Scent Studio, you'll be invited to browse our shelves of pre-made candles in over 80 of scents. Grab scent strips of your favorite scents.
Select whether you'd like to take home a custom scented candle, wax tart, reed diffuser, room spray, fragrance oil blend or a body product: sugar scrub, body cream, hand soap, body mist or roll-on fragrance. We carry a selection of sleek and colorful containers to fit your personal style.

When you are ready, take a seat at our fragrance bar where our team will walk you through the simple process of blending fragrance oils. Decorate a label for your product and let our team package your creation to enjoy at home!
Can I take home my custom candle/wax tart right away?
Our tarts take about an hour to set up and candles about 3 hours before they are ready to travel out of the studio. All other home fragrance products and all of our body products can be taken with you immediately. While you wait for your candle or tart to set up, we invite you to stroll, shop or stop into one of our neighboring establishments for a bite to eat or refreshment to drink. If you would like to take home a custom-scented candle or wax tart on the same day, please arrive at least 3 hours before store closing to ensure adequate time for us to package your special creation.
How much do products cost at the fragrance bar?
Most of our custom-scented products range from $16 to $52. We do not charge any sitting fees at our fragrance bar.
Do I need to a reservation?
No, but if you have a party of 4 or more, we strongly encourage that you contact us to make a reservation to ensure that there is space at our fragrance bar when you arrive.
Can I schedule a private party?
Yes, we can accommodate private parties after regular business hours.
