Back in 2015, Glenda and her husband, Jeff, launched their dream of creating a custom scent experience within the Lowcountry. Focusing initially on local wholesale and private label clients, they expanded to mobile pouring events then opened their first brick & mortar location in 2018.

Palmetto Scent Studio now operates their custom fragrance & candle bar in the historic French Quarter of Downtown Charleston, offering customers the chance to express themselves with fragrance. Not only can guests craft custom scented candles made with premium natural soy coco apricot wax, but the studio also offers other home fragrance products like wax melts, reed diffusers, room sprays and pure fragrance oils, as well as a variety of custom-scented body products like roll-on fragrances, aromatic mists, sugar scrubs, body creams, hand soaps, sanitizers and more.
