We’re excited to welcome guests back to Palmetto Scent Studio! To help keep all of our guests safe and provide an awesome experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
To comply with the Town of Kiawah occupancy limits, we can permit four guests in the studio at a time.
To allow us to serve groups, we’ve set up tables outside. Each of the two tables seat up to four guests.
Our studio capacity will be posted at the front entrance. If you see that the interior is at capacity, we ask that you wait until a guest exits prior to entering the studio.
We require reservations for all custom blending experiences. The maximum number in a party is 8. Parties greater than 2 will be seated outside, and parties greater than 4 may be seated at two tables, both outside. Please understand that inclement weather may force us to postpone reservations made at our outdoor tables.
Pouring guests will be guided into the studio in small groups to select their fragrances and product choices.
Guests entering the studio are asked to use our hand sanitizer or put on gloves (both provided) before exploring products. We have two sinks available for hand washing - one in the restroom and one at the back of the studio.
Gloves are available for guest use when joining us for fragrance blending.
In addition to the steps above, our staff has implemented rigorous and regular cleaning procedures throughout the studio. Staff will be wearing gloves and masks when pouring with customers inside the studio.
Our current operating hours are: Monday-Saturday Noon-5pm
