Like you, we have been taking things day by day, trying to stay positive and helpful to those around us, and it is heartwarming to see our community doing the same. Many of you may have seen our recent communications over the last week updating you on the status of our operational changes made as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Today we want to share our necessary (but we hope temporary) next step.

 

Starting Monday, March 23, 2020, we are suspending all pour-your-own experiences at our fragrance bar. For the time being, our studio will remain open to the public for limited hours, strictly for pick-up (curbside or in-studio quick pick-up) of online, phone in and emailed orders only. During these hours (currently 11a-3p Mon-Sat), our door will be open, so if you happen to be strolling in Freshfields Village getting some much needed fresh air, we welcome a wave and hello (from 6 feet away 😊) and we’ll give it right back to you.

 

Although we’ve had to temporarily close the fragrance bar, we are excited to announce that our online shop has been expanded! Not only can you still use our site to order any single-scented candle or home fragrance product, but you can now have our scent stylists create a custom blend of your favorite scents in any of the products we have available in-studio, INCLUDING 25+ candle vessel options and body care products.

Plus, we have some long awaited shipments scheduled to arrive next week, and we’ll be making an announcement in the next few days about new products available. As always, we offer free shipping for orders above $99 and will regularly be featuring different specials.  Check out our online shop and wait for the pop-up window to reveal the latest coupon code.

 

Lastly, we want you to know that we are here for you, even if we’ll be unable to see you in person. If there’s anything we can do to brighten your day or help in any way, please reach out. None of us knows how long we will need to endure this different way of life, or what things will look like after the worst of this passes, but we have faith that as members of the same community, we will have each other as support to navigate the challenges and also opportunities together.
